Having always been fascinated by the way people respond to the problems in their lives, in 1996 he decided to train in Curative Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy with David Lesser, one of the leaders in the development of Curative Hypnotherapy, passing the three day examination with distinction.
A year later he trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to practitioner level, the instructor being Dr Richard Bandler, the creator of NLP.
Having always been interested in discovering and learning more efficient methods of helping people resolve their negative issues, in March 2000, he trained in Thought Field Therapy (TFT) to Algorithm Levels 1 & 2. Finding TFT to be far more effective, and to work at a deeper level than Hypnotherapy or NLP, Charles then went on to study the TFT Diagnostic Course (step A), and Advanced Diagnostic Training with the founder of TFT, Dr. Roger Callahan, in 2002, (step B), followed by six months further tuition to become a licensed trainer of TFT Algorithms (Step C).
Charles divides his time between the Harley Street Clinic and Karmers Clinic, Gillingham, Kent, often lecturing to trainees at the weekends, with Thought Field Therapy being the main form of treatment.
Charles continues to have many other interests, having qualified as Reiki Master/Teacher and practitioner level Neuro Emotional Integration (NEI) and Counselling.
A committee member of the British Thought Field Therapy Association.
One of only nine licensed Algorithm Trainers in the UK.
A member of The Global Institute of Thought Field Therapy
a non-profit making organisation dedicated to relief of suffering worldwide,
particularly of those traumatised by war (Kosovo), disaster or atrocity.
